CORPORATE WORKSPACE 03
Next %

The Next % building celebrates Nike's rich history and commitment to innovation and excellence in the sport of running.

OVERVIEW

The Alberto Salazar building on the Nike WHQ campus remained untouched for 30 years. The building was worn out and dated.

The building was renamed the Next% building and serves as a tribute to Nike Running's 50-year history of innovation, record-breaking achievements, and iconic athletes. Through a combination of art, advertising, products, and athlete stories, we created an immersive experience that celebrates the sport of running.

The entire building is dedicated to Nike's rich history in distance running. We designed the public area on the first floor to reflect the rigor of training for a marathon and the precision and emotion of race day. The upper workspace floors were each dedicated to the distinct eras of Nike Running.

Sport-inspired soul and energy are visible throughout the building with floor-to-ceiling murals created by an incredible group of artists, including @boogypaper, @kellenhatanaka, @sofiaclausse, and @skiphursh. Each took over a floor of the building wrapping the central circulation with their unique style. Their works brought timeless and impactful inspiration to employees using less material than typical branding solutions.
